Tully Stroud, Founder

Tully Stroud is a service-disabled veteran and operations executive with more than 15 years of experience building and running production operations in highly regulated industries, including state-licensed consumer products manufacturing and large-scale commercial agriculture.

Tully has taken manufacturing facilities from design and equipment specification through full production, led an ERP/MRP implementation (Sage X3) for inventory forecasting and production planning, written standard operating procedures for production and quality processes, and managed supply chain, purchasing and vendor relationships.

Tully founded Moss Holm to bring that operating discipline to government agencies and prime contractors: understand the real process, keep records organized, communicate directly and see every order and project through to completion.
