What does Moss Holm do?
Moss Holm provides operations improvement, procurement and sourcing support, commercial industrial supplies and supply coordination for government agencies and prime contractors.

Moss Holm serves government agencies and prime contractors throughout California, with on-site support available statewide. Remote consulting and out-of-state supply requests are reviewed case by case.
Do you work with prime contractors?
Yes. Prime-contractor and subcontractor purchasing teams are a primary audience. We help with supplier identification, quote coordination, bills of materials and order coordination matched to each contract’s delivery and documentation requirements.

How do I request a supply quote?
Use the quote request form on our Contact page. Include your item list, quantities and units, any specifications, the delivery location and the date the items are needed. We review the request, ask any questions and provide a written quote.

For each item: a clear description, the manufacturer and part number or specification, whether equivalents are acceptable, and the quantity with a unit of measure. Also include the delivery location, required date, any documentation requirements and a solicitation or purchase order reference if there is one.

Maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) materials, nonpowered hand tools, shop consumables, hardware and fasteners, packaging materials and shipping materials.
Supply categoriesCan you handle recurring or multi-line orders?
Yes. Recurring replenishment lists and multi-line item lists can be quoted as a single request, with one order file and coordinated delivery for the full list.
Do you manufacture or stock the products you supply?
Moss Holm sources each order from manufacturers and distributors selected for the requirement and manages it through delivery. We do not manufacture the products we supply, and brand availability, lead times and documentation are confirmed in every written quote.
Are there items you cannot supply?
We do not currently supply flight-critical, critical-safety or nuclear-grade items, items controlled under export regulations (ITAR or EAR), or items that require a license, installation or certification we do not hold. We will tell you promptly if a request falls outside what we can support.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is quote-based and specific to each request. Each written quote states the price, lead time, delivery terms and any exceptions.
Operations projects
What is an operations improvement project?
A bounded project with agreed deliverables, such as an inventory and purchasing review, an SOP development package or an operations improvement sprint focused on one defined problem. Projects move through discovery, agreed deliverables, implementation support and a documented handoff.
Operations servicesHow long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. After a discovery conversation, the schedule, deliverables and price are confirmed in a written proposal before any work begins.
Can I send drawings, specifications or documents?
Please do not upload or submit classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information, export-controlled technical data or sensitive personal information through this website. If documents are needed, we will agree on an appropriate way to receive them after first contact.

Who founded Moss Holm?
Moss Holm was founded by Tully Stroud, a service-disabled veteran with more than 15 years of operations leadership in regulated manufacturing and commercial agriculture, including facility startups, ERP/MRP implementation, SOP development and supply chain management.
