How to return an order
Email us
Send an email to hello@mossholm.com with your order number. Let us know you'd like to return your order. No need to explain why — we trust you.
Get a shipping label
We'll reply with a prepaid return shipping label. Print it out and attach it to your package. Return shipping is free.
Ship it back
Drop your package at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location. We'll receive it in 5–10 business days depending on your location.
Get refunded
Once we receive and verify your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Refund details
What You Get Refunded
Your refund includes:
- Full product cost
- Original shipping charge (for unopened products)
Note: For opened products, we refund the product cost but not shipping. You cover return shipping (prepaid label provided).
Refund Timeline
Days 1–2: You email us with return request
Days 3–4: We send prepaid return label
Days 5–10: You ship package, carrier delivers to us
Days 11–15: We receive, inspect, and verify
Days 16–20: Refund processes to original payment method
Total timeline: 2–3 weeks from email to refund in your account. Credit card refunds may take an additional 2–3 business days depending on your bank.
How Returns Work
Unopened Products: We refund the full order including shipping.
Opened Products: We refund the product cost. Return shipping is prepaid by us. You don't pay anything.
Want to exchange instead?
If you'd like to try a different product instead of returning for a refund, we can arrange an exchange at no charge.

Special situations
Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives defective or damaged, we'll replace it or issue a full refund immediately — no return needed. Just email hello@mossholm.com with photos and your order number.
Coupon or Discount Codes
If you used a discount code, the refund is based on your final price (after discount), not the regular price.
Example: You buy a $30 product with a 20% off coupon (pay $24). If you return it, you get $24 refunded, not $30.
Gift Orders
If you purchased as a gift, the recipient can initiate the return with a receipt or order confirmation email. We'll refund to the original payment method (typically the gift-giver's card).
Wholesale or Bulk Orders
Wholesale returns follow standard return policy but may require special handling. Contact hello@mossholm.com for bulk return arrangements.
