5. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather
• Orders placed before 2 PM EST are typically processed the same business day
• Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement

6. Returns & Refunds

Moss Holm offers a 30-day money-back guarantee:

• Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt, opened or unopened
• Contact hello@mossholm.com to initiate a return
• Return shipping is provided at no charge for unopened products
• Refunds are issued within 5 business days of return receipt
• We do not refund shipping costs for opened products
• Items must be in resalable condition (original packaging preferred)

7. Intellectual Property Rights

2. Allow 30 days for resolution
3. Consider mediation if informal resolution fails

If these steps don't resolve the issue, either party may pursue arbitration or litigation as permitted by law.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Changes to Terms

Moss Holm may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to the Site. Material changes will be noted with an updated "Last Modified" date. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
