We ship nationwide
All 50 States
Moss Holm ships to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. Hemp-derived products containing less than 0.3% THC are federally legal, and we comply with all state regulations.
Important: Some states have additional regulations or restrictions on hemp products. We will notify you during checkout if your state has specific requirements or if shipping is limited. Always verify local laws before ordering.
Standard Shipping (All States)
Most states have no additional requirements. Orders ship directly via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
States with Special Requirements
A few states have specific testing, packaging, or labeling requirements. We handle all compliance. No action needed from you.

Check Your Tracking Number
Your tracking number is sent via email once your order ships. Use it to track your package on:

Damaged or lost packages?
Package Arrived Damaged
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Email hello@mossholm.com with photos and your order number
- We'll send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund
Timeline: Replacements ship within 1–2 business days.
Package Not Arrived
If your package doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe:
- Check your tracking number first to confirm status
- Wait 1–2 extra days (carriers can be slightly delayed)
- If still not delivered, contact hello@mossholm.com with your order number and tracking number
- We'll file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement
Timeline: Carrier investigation takes 5–10 business days. We may send a replacement while waiting.

We currently ship only to the United States. We're exploring international options but want to ensure full compliance with each country's hemp regulations before expanding. Check back soon!
